Shipping policy

When will my products be shipped?

Your order will typically ship out within 5-7 business days. Total delivery time excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Please allow at least 2 days to process your order.

Total delivery time= Processing+ shipping time+ courier delays

How are my products being shipped?

We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered  by the shipping courier or for packages that are left outside your door, with a front desk, neighbor, or any other receiving party. We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you, so please be sure to check your shipping address.  We will not grant refunds or resend products for packages marked as delivered. 

Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email and an email confirming your package has been delivered. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at hello@azwile.com

Where do we ship?

We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working on more broad distribution so everyone can enjoy Azwile.
