All sales are Final.
Due to the nature of our products, we have a no returns/refunds policy for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions. We will only replace orders that are inaccurate or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or your product seems to be defective, please contact customer service at hello@azwile.com within 14 days of delivery. No returns will be granted following the five days after delivery
Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@azwile.com. Please include your name, order/invoice number, and images of the damages. This is a necessary step for our claims process. One thing to note: your original shipping charges will not be refunded in the returns process. please pack items securely to ensure they arrive in good condition and contact us to arrange for return shipping label.
Lost/Stolen Package: If you have not received your package or it is stolen, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Once the claim has been filed, please update us with claim number and we will send out a replacement.
